Remote Support : Providing remote support is a natural extension of ongoing support these days and we’ve got it
Documenting : This should be number 1 in the list but documenting the particulars of your IT environment is the most important pieces of ongoing support . e keep up with all of the information pertinent to the technology you use in your business and make it available to you in a clear and concise manner.
Automated updates with MDM: We’ve been managing Macs using automated tools that can push updates to your computer based on certain criteria. We can specify when updates run on the operating system or we can block the updates altogether. We can push software like Slack, Google Chrome or Word to your devices so your users have the software they need to do their job without having to do the dirty work of downloading and installing it themselves.. Although our tool does have a self service module which makes it easy for your users to install pre-approved software on their own if needed.
